Wild Card Weekend Prop Bets

While the Eagles are still busy trying to find a new head coach, eight of the 12 teams that did make the playoffs will be in action this Saturday and Sunday in the Wild Card Round. One of those teams is the 9-7 Washington Redskins, who will face Green Bay at home after winning the NFC East this season.

I have put Philly's coaching dilemma on the back-burner to focus on this weekend's games. In my weekly betting props article for Doc's Sports, I covered the odds for how many actual Wild Card teams will win. All four teams are on the road and favored and the "Over/Under" for the prop is two. I actually like the Redskins' chances to pull-off the upset as one-point home underdogs, but it is going to be tough for Houston (+3 against Kansas City), Cincinnati (+3 against Pittsburgh) and Minnesota (+4.5 against Seattle) to do the same as underdogs on their home field.
